Ald. Tunney wants to regulate pedicabs

Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) Wednesday introduced an ordinance to license and regulate the 200 bicycle-powered taxis known as pedicabs already operating around Millenium Park, Navy Pier and Wrigley Field.
