'Combat' setting doesn't make 'Hospital' stand out

"Combat Hospital" (10 p.m., ABC) becomes the latest medical soap opera to air on ABC. Its setting in an Afghanistan war zone is supposed to make it different, but only goes to prove that the cliches of the genre transplant to any location.
