Former army captain aims to break Land's End to John O'Groats record

A FORMER captain in the army is hoping to establish a world record for the fastest timed walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats. Peter Howard-Harding is setting off on August 15 and is aiming to do the 1200-mile trip in 15 days or under and raise around £1000 for Help for Heroes.
