Navy Seaman Charlene Spence and Navy Seaman Recruit Andrew Bull have completed navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill. Spence and Bull received instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and shipboard and aircraft safety.
