July Fourth ceremony to honor World War II veteran Joseph M. Regan

While trekking through Italy in April 1944, 20-year-old Jenkintown native Joseph M. Regan and two other American soldiers serving in World War II stopped to let the rest of the troops in their division catch up with them.
