UK presses Sri Lanka to investigate 'war crimes' following 'horrific TV docu' telecast

London, June 15 : The British Foreign Office has pressed Sri Lanka to investigate whether war crimes were committed during the civil war in the country, after a channel 4 documentary aired "horrific" footage showing an account of how the Sri Lankan troops had tortured Tamil separatists in 2009.
