Pulse of The People: An outstanding facility

My brother, Hal Bayly of Poestenkill, a decorated Marine Corps veteran 100 percent disabled from combat in 1952 in the Korean War passed away at the VA Medical Center recently. He spent approximately two months there first in the intensive care unit and finally in the hospice unit, Hero’s Way.
