KUALA LUMPUR: The remains of 32 Iraqi soldiers killed during the 1990-1991 Gulf War were repatriated Monday, after 20 years, under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) at the Abdaly/Safwan (Kuwait/Iraq) border crossing.
