Renovated U.S. Army Basic Combat Training Museum at Fort Jackson museum to open Friday

After two years of renovations, the Fort Jackson museum is reopening its doors Friday, but with a twist. It is now the national U.S. Army Basic Combat Training Museum, walking soldiers, their families and visitors through the three stages of basic combat training: Red, White and Blue.
