Yemen enhances security off Gulf of Aden amid ongoing al-Qaida battles

More army forces were dispatched Tuesday to Yemen's southern flashpoint province of Abyan to secure coastal lane off the Gulf of Aden, as the forces have been waging weeks-long battles against al-Qaida militants, a provincial military officer told Xinhua.
