Zuma's top guns for E Cape

President Jacob Zuma has appointed a 10-member ministerial team to help the Eastern Cape overcome what his office has described as “a crisis of learning and a teaching collapse”. This comes amid tensions over who has the final say in the department’s affairs while under administration by Pretoria.
