Gov't to ink final pact with CPLA

After years of negotiations, the government and the Cordillera Bodong Administration-Cordillera People's Liberation Army will sign a final disposition of arms and forces on Monday, officially putting an end to the armed struggle being waged by a splinter group of the New People's Army in northern Luzon.
