Retirement of colonel in oust PNoy call withheld; charges possible

The military withheld the retirement of Colonel Generoso Mariano whose video calling for the overthrow of the Aquino government went public over the weekend. If evidence warrants, Mariano could be charged with violation of Articles of War 96 (Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer) and 97 (Prejudicial to Good Order and Good Discipline).
